We similarly help to strengthen market position through online education portals, marketing tools, highly advanced CRM products and procedures for the electronic transfer of data.

Your assignments
Responds to basic, multiple customer inquiries and requests.
Answers telephones and responds to basic customer questions and/or forwards call to appropriate personnel.
Escalating issues internally and monitoring resolution as well as keeping our clients updated
Building our FAQ and Helpcenter based on most frequent questions and issues
What we expect
Fluent English and German
Experience with Customer Service
Good knowledge of MS-Office programs
Customer focus
Further beneficial
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics or Zendesk
Having studied or worked abroad
Another European language proficiency
