RESPONSABILITATI

The HR Business Partner assures the optimum usage of human resources for the assigned Service Lines by offering administrative and functional support regarding the following: recruitment, compensation and benefits, organizational development, performance management and work relationships.
-Participates to the specific human resources procedures and policies, assures their implementation and interpretation for the assigned Service Lines. Makes sure that these procedures and policies are being followed and makes improvement recommendations;
-Facilitates organizational improvements for the assigned Service Lines and offers consultancy in the Service Lines` reorganization and/or defining and evaluating the jobs;
Assists the assigned Service Lines` partners in identifying the future human resources needs.
-Implements, together with the partners and managers, and with the direct involvement of recruiting function specific programs dedicated to attract the most suitable candidates;
-Participates in conceiving compensation and benefits plans for the employees, sustains their communication to the employees for the assigned Service Lines; these plans are designed and delivered by the compensation team;
-Assures implementing the PMDP in the assigned Service Lines. Assists partners, managers and employees in establishing their performance objectives as well as in their individual performance assessment;
-Works along with the Training Leader to identify and ensure the delivery of appropriate training programs for the service line.


CERINTE

-At least 5 years experience in HR field (preferable in compensations and personnel policies implementation, recruitment or performance management)
-English advanced
-Strong project management skills, deep relationships and robust functional background
