Realizeaza evaluarea nevoilor de training
Implementeaza programe de training care acopera nevoile identificate
Ofera coaching si consiliere clientilor interni
Mentine legatura cu organizatiile care ofera servicii in domeniul resurselor umane si colaboreaza pentru realizarea proiectelor in derulare
Realizeaza rapoarte periodice si la cerere referitor la activitatile de resurse umane
Studii superioare relevante
Minim 1 an experienta intr-un post cu responsabilitati similare
Experienta de lucru in domeniul it reprezinta un avantaj
Cunostinte de limba engleza (scris, citit, vorbit - nivel avansat)
Cunostinte foarte bune de operare PC (MS Office)

Starting the business in 1991 with a team of 5 enthusiastic people, Tornado now employs over 200 professionals specialized in different fields of marketing, sales, technical support and logistics.
