- Receives, register and stamps all incoming correspondence from NBR and various state authorities;
- Sorts out and deliver, after a thorough check, the above mentioned correspondence to the responsible departments/divisions;
- Monitors whether the deadlines for response provided in the correspondence are met and reports in due time to his/hr superior any discrepancies;
- Translates official documents in English;
- Organizes and maintain the correspondence archive, including electronic archive;
- Performs any secretarial duties (photocopying, scanning, faxing etc.);
- Ensures the general secretariat for Directorate by receiving the applications, preparing the Agenda, attending the meeting, preparing the Protocol and monitoring the implementation of Directorate's decisions;
- Ensures the general secretariat for Supervisory Board by receiving the related documents, preparing the folder, forwarding the decisions of the Supervisory Board to all involved Divisions/Departments.
- University Degree in Legal;
- Minimum 1 year experience;
- Fluency in English/ German is a plus
- Knowledge of banking legislation;
- Team spirit and problem solving attitude;
- Ambitious and capable of working under pressure;
- Results and customer oriented, reliable and accountable team player;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong analytical and planning skills; strategic thinking;
- Excellent communication skills;
