Sales:
- Support the direct sales to large customers;
- Liaise with the Export division for the provision of sales support and training;
- Provide market information and sales forecasts;
- Implement marketing plan in conjunction with export division;
- Lead in the procurement of new contracts;
- Manage credit control within agreed terms.
Management
- Manage and develop his/her staff by providing clear direction and identifying training needs;
- Motivate and direct distributors, sales staff and agents;
- Agree Toll Manufacturing contracts and prices;
- Manage expenses with agreed budget.
Administration:
- Prepare and submit accounting information on a regular and timely basis;
- Manage local banks accounts as required;
- Maintain Sales and Purchase Ledgers in accordance with company rules;
- Liaison with third party suppliers such as toll manufacturer, logistic companies, etc.
- MBA or University degree or diploma in Agriculture, Biology, Land Use and Environmental Studies or other related discipline;
- Experience in Business Management in a Central or Eastern European country;
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, employee management and customer service is required;
- Able to perform duties in an independent manner;
- Ability to carry out negotiations on large, extremely complex projects;
- Above average ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with producers, staff, stakeholders, government, and public;
- Capacity to work within Microsoft Office group of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and Outlook);
- Advanced English language.
