Manage all aspects of the construction / re-construction of homes / blocks from design to coordination of schedules, inspections during various construction phases, monitoring permits
Responsible of maintaining relationships with contractors, partners, state authorities and other parties
Manage, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the team
Oversight of contractors works
Excellent leadership skills, ability to Motivate and inspire team members
ability to take responsibility when making decisions
Experience in working on project management (advantage)
Independent use of judgment to analyze and troubleshoot
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality standards / control
experience in construction field (advantage)
Fluent in English
