Ensure the task for GM: documents to be written, corrected by spelling, reviewed by request, fax, printer, telephone;
Ensure the receptionist activities (mail, telephone calls divert to departments).


CERINTE

1. Excellent PC Skills: Excel, Word, Power point;
2. Structured thinking;
3. Minimum 6 months experience;
4. English language as a must;
5. Very well organized, "can-do" attitude;
6. Paying attention to details, dynamic and flexible person;
7. Initiative, solution and action oriented;
8. Proactive & good communication skills.
