Job Description:

The company is seeking for an open mind person and very dynamic for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Writing, taking and forwarding the correspondence toward the General Manager, partners ,clients and employers
- Prepares and organize the meeting schedule for the General Manager
- Keeping the daily agenda for the General Manager
- Observe that all decision be respected in the terms settled and organize different activities in the company
- Prepare the traveling business for the members of the company, buys flying tickets and accommodation .
- Solve in time any administrative problems that may appear.
- Selects all the necessary information and writing different reports for any kind of problem solicited by the General Manager
- Makes translation of the correspondence and of all the necessary documents solicited by the General Manager
- Recommends methods of improvement of the administrative activity
- Accomplishing presentations in Microsoft Power Point


CERINTE

Requirements:
- Advanced English language and German (German language represents an advantage)
- IT knowledge (M Office, M Outlook)
- Communication of high standards written an verbal
- Good capacity of organization and coordination
- Capacity of focusing on more objectives once
- Orientation towards efficiency and initiative
- High abilities of human communication
