RESPONSABILITATI

- Provides administrative support and performs different secretarial duties
- Organize the manager¿s agenda and assists in solving problems
- Develop projects on given topics
- translates and types different internal documents, reports, tables, memos
- Handles inbound and outbound phone calls
- Handles reports and presentations in due time when required
- Communicates with customers/partners
-Takes care of protocol service


CERINTE

- University degree
- At least 3 years experience in the same position/related (as a director assistant, within a multinational organization)
- Fluency in English
- Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Driving license

- A very mature and well organized person
- Excellent communication skills
- Trustful, very loyal
- Calm, ability to work under stress
- Discreet and flexible
