RESPONSABILITATI

Supporting and coordinating daily activities for the General Manager
Booking appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
Conceiving presentations and reports
Preparing and providing materials for the General Manager's meetings
Daily agenda of the manager (travels, conferences, meetings, etc.)
Completing special projects assigned by the manager
Typing, translating, copying letters, contracts and other materials requested by the manager


CERINTE

University degree
Experience in planning activities, preferably in a similar position (Assistant for the Executive Staff in a multinational company);
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point presentations)
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized person, with initiative and the capacity of establishing priorities
