RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a strong multinational group, acting in the three key areas of expertise: toiletries and hair care, detergent and cleaning products and adhesives.
In order to support organizational development, our client is now looking for a qualified person to occupy the position of General Manager Assistant.

Main responsibilities:
·Supporting and coordinating daily activities for the General Manager
·Booking appointments, meetings and travel arrangements (ticketing)
·Conceiving presentations and reports
·Preparing and providing materials for the General Manager's meetings
·Daily agenda of the manager (travels, conferences, meetings, etc.)
·Completing special projects assigned by the manager
·Typing, translating, copying letters, contracts and other materials requested by the manager


CERINTE

·University degree, preferably in Economics
·2 years experience in a similar position (Assistant for the Executive Staff in a multinational company); experience in tourism is a plus
·Experience in planning activities
·High proficiency in Microsoft Office
·Fluency in English (German is a plus)
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Organized person, strong initiative
·Experience in working with press agencies will be considered an asset
