RESPONSABILITATI

Assisting the General Manager of the company in everyday activities;
Organizing the agenda;
Preparing reports & taking minute meetings;
Appointing official meetings;
Organizing protocol activities & and business trips;
Elaborating official letters & translating documentation.


CERINTE

University degree;
2 years of experience on a similar position;
Excellent communication skills;
Familiar with the use of office equipment: PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), photocopier, fax machine;
English written and spoken-advanced level;
Knowledge of Italian is an advantage;
Availability to make business travels.
