On behalf of our client, one of the top marketing research companies in the world, Multinational Corporation, we are searching the GM for the Romanian office
Responsibilities
-Run and manage the company’s business based on plans and budgets previously agreed upon;
-Responsible for the financial situation of the company: revenues, costs and profit;
-Lead, motivate, train and support the people;
-Business development: identify new business opportunities, client-management;
-In charge of the development and proposal of new services/products;
-Responsible of the projects’ implementation and all the company’s operations;
-Periodical reporting to the Board;
-Ensure an effective working environment; raise brand awareness;
-Promote added-value marketing research solutions;
-Relevant experience, successful track record in managing and developing a team and/or a business, preferably in FMCG or services;
-Strong leadership abilities; excellent organizing and managing abilities;
-University graduate;
-Good understanding of FMCG and market research fields;
-International exposure is considered to be a plus;
-Excellent written and spoken English and Romanian;
-Results-oriented, decision-maker;
-Strategic vision, strong business understanding.
