RESPONSABILITATI

Supervising, guiding and motivating the team.
Improving distribution level and implementing promotions and strategies to increase sales.
Developing and executing sales plans, forecasts and opportunities of new products.
Initiating and leading negotiations with distributors and KA, establishing relationships and goals achievement.
Preparing monthly sales plans and budgets and reporting to head office.


CERINTE

The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years experience on a management position in sales, in food industry, preferably in frozen/fresh goods area, and speaks English fluently.
