- Responsible for management & successful completion of entire project
- Organize specification of project objectives; plan/organize scope, budgets, and time schedule for project/phases finalization, contract negotiations
- Responsible for coordination and control of planning, design, cost estimating, contracting and construction of the entire process
- Ensure quality-control, cost of operations/phases, follow execution of works on sites as planned; make sure the company complies with legal requirements
- Report to senior management on a regularly basis
- University degree in Construction Engineering
- At least 5 years of solid project management experience on construction sites
- Fluent English
- Very good planning, organizational and communication skills
