For our client, an international hotel group, we are looking for an experienced General Manager for a new hotel in Bucharest.
- Responsible for all operations in order to reach the set targets and GOP
- Operative and strategic management of a 4 star city hotel with conference facilities
- Active sales and pricing
- Develop and implement new strategies in order to attract and maintain a long term relationship with corporate clients
-Reporting to the head office
-Monitor all internal activities
- At lest 3 years on a similar position in a city hotel, ideally with background in front office or sales
- Experience in working in an international hotel industry in leading position
- Communicative level of English, German is an advantage
- Experienced manager with abilities to lead, motivate and train employees
- Very good organizational and negotiation skills, sales oriented with strong analytical thinking
