- Strong people and business management experience ( preferably developed at international / competitive standards )
-Strong planning , organizational and leadership skills
- relevant experience in management and control of financial and bugeting activities ,operational activities
- university degree (MBAwould be an advantage )
- experience within auto industry would be a strong plus
- Fluent English ( German would be an advantage)
