-Directing the structuring of lending transactions (from initial offer to the signing of the loan agreement);
-Engaging in client meetings together with relationship managers and other product specialists for negotiations, advising and collection of information;
-Creating credit applications for corporate clients and actively managing the credit approval process in order to get approvals in due time;
-Discussing credit files with risk management and provide additional info if required;
-Coordinating the preparation of loan documentation and negotiation of terms and conditions with clients;
-Based on feed back from relationship managers, involving in the development of new products addressing specific types of lending products or specific client segments;
-Supervising and training of the junior staff;
-Perform related administrative and reporting duties.
-Minimum 3 years experience in corporate lending related activities;
-Experience in working with clients;
-University degree – preferably in Finance or Economics;
-Excellent knowledge of lending products;
-Thorough accounting and financial knowledge;
-Good communication abilities and client focus;
-Analytical thinking and problem solving;
-Adaptability;
-Teamwork skills.
