RESPONSABILITATI

Assigned and accountable for specific areas of responsibility/deliverables, specifically:
3-5 DEAL or AREA SPECIFIC, (e.g.
Manage activities performed by GL team of AFS deal in Bucharest Delivery Center
Responsibility for balancing resource requirements in sub-teams and focusing teams based on workload cycles,
Makes sure that period, quarter and annual close requirements from own sub-team are met in a timely and accurate manner), etc.
May prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Performs a range of tasks from complex to straightforward within the scope of the function.
Assists in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues/problems.
Required to assess and resolve (non) standard issues/problems largely on own initiative.
Decides within an available range of solutions/practices, which are the most applicable.
Makes decisions within parameters set by manager, using job/specialist experience.
Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of job.
Interacts with client/users around specific work efforts/deliverables.
Carry out other duties as stipulated by supervisor, CSM, HR or service management representatives


CERINTE

Bachelors degree
3+ years accounting experience or experience with accounting systems
Deep General Ledger experience
Fluent or Strong Lituanian is essential
Fluent English
Advanced Excel and Word skills are essential
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to coach & motivate team members
Responsibility and accuracy
Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
Flexibility, especially in the closing periods
Required to share knowledge and experience with others and assist less experienced staff.
Coaches inexperienced team members and provides first level advice on procedures/work methods, for those who may be at the same level.
Thorough working knowledge of one accounting functional area through significant job experience & training.
Sufficient experience or specialized knowledge to be a self starter and work with minimum supervision
