- Processing fixed asset and other General Ledger entries using client specific accounting systems and other related software and in line with defined processes and procedures.
- Master data creation, asset additions, deletions, depreciation revaluations and write offs.
- Reconciliation work involved reconciling fixed asset system to ERP balance and also reconciliation of accounting balances to physical assets.
- Assists in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues/problems.
- Good knowledge of English
- University Graduate
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience or experience with accounting systems
- AR, AP, Collection, General Ledger or Fixed Asset accounting experience
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility, especially in the closing periods
Advantage
- Experience with ERP systems preferred, particularly SAP.
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
