• Timely and correct entry booking;
• Deep understanding of the bookings and performance of accounting analysis for accounts;
• Support filing of company annual accounts;
• Assist Chief Accountants in accounting queries and issues;
• The required service levels for General Ledger processes / issues / requests;
• Up-to-date and accessible documentation for the processes.
• Preparation of payment runs ;
• Booking and allocating payments ;
• Register AP subledger adjustments ;
• Intercompany reconciliation ;
• Posting of intercompany accruals incl. treasury interest calculation ;
• Calculation and posting of regular accruals and prepayments, rent, energy, payroll etc ;
• Internal control administration ;
• Fixed assets accounting (Additions disposals, monthly depreciation sub ledger reconciliation) ;
• Petty cash, banking and suspense account reconciliations ;
• Sundry invoicing ;
• Different reports as requested by the management ;
• The required service levels for General Ledger processes / issues /requests;
• Work experience min 3 years, from which bookkeeping min 2 years;
• Microsoft Office tool knowledge, Excel very good;
• SAP experience desired but not mandatory;
• Foreign languages knowledge: Dutch minimum level B1, English advanced.
