RESPONSABILITATI

- Organize and coordinate various administrative issues such as office supplies and equipment, cleaning, general repairs and maintenance;
- Manage all car fleet expenditures related to car purchases and insurance;
- Evaluate, recommend and negotiate alternative price / payment terms for all car purchases and car related services;
- Ensure cost effectiveness and timely duties fulfilment, in order to meet internal customer expectations.


CERINTE

- University Degree;
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration area;
- Customer service orientation;
- Analytical and learning capability;
- Achievement orientation;
- Very good negotiation skills;
- Feel comfortable working in a team;
- Fluent in English, both oral and written;
- Very good MS Office knowledge.
