Role: testing of localised Java games for mobile phones to final sign-off with focus on language aspects. In addition the tester will also provide ad-hoc translations, linguistic review, edit terminology content for given language and string shortenings as required, and control localisation bugs for assigned projects.

• Testing of localized Java games for mobile phones.
• Assist with the investigation of issues.
• Adherence to tight time constraints.
• Ability to manage own tasks.
• Self sufficient, but comfortable within a team environment.
• Ability to manage a large number of small projects simultaneously.
Knowledge, skills, Qualifications and Experience Required
• Native proficiency in French / German / Italian / Spanish
Additional requirements:
• Qualified in linguistics and/or translation.
• Specific experience of games software localization and QA an advantage.
• Excellent English (and native language) verbal / written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Industry experience of localization in linguistics and/or Quality Assurance role preferred.
