- Responsible for the Famous Brands Gallery’s activity (operational, people management, security etc)
- Coaches, develops and motivates the Famous Brands Gallery team
- Has a complete understanding of the Elmec rewards program for the Costumers
- Knows all the Famous Brands Gallery’s personnel’s job descriptions
- Promotional campaign implementation and specific campaign monitoring
- Responsible for stock control and merchandising.
- Able to provide sales forecasts and reports
- Controls the Famous Brands Gallery expenses and payroll budgets
- Responsible for reaching the monthly, quarter, annual sales targets of the FB Gallery / Responsible for the Customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of and ability to integrate current trends in Shop Management
- University degree
- Over 2-3 years experience in retail activities
- Fluent in English and good computer skills
- Team worker, creative, positive, self motivated, excellent communication skills and flexible
- Solution oriented person
- Knowledge of and experience in providing world class customer service
- Managerial skills to lead, organize and evaluate the team
