As a subject matter expert in your field you will be assigned to challenging projects supporting our international clients achieving their goals. You will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber. You will also have to apply project management expertise to:
•improve engagement productivity,
•increase efficiencies,
•mitigate risks,
•resolve issues,
•optimize cost savings and efficiencies for our clients.
You will work in a team environment focusing on your primary field of expertise.
•University Degree in economic studies (or equivalent) with special focus on accounting, controlling/finance or banking;
•2-3 years practical experience within the finance/accounting or logistics area, favorably in the consultancy business or for multinational companies;
•Good knowledge and understanding of business processes and procedures in the mentioned areas
•Experience in working with / implementing an ERP
•Fluency in English is required (German is a real asset);
•Strong commitment;
•Computer skills: MS Office, Internet applications;
•Quick thinking, very well organized, reliable and able to multitask and meet deadlines;
•Good communication and organizational skills;
•Experience in presentations and account management;
•Optimistic, friendly and flexible, problem-solving attitude;
•Quickly integrating and a team-player;
•Willing to take on greater responsibilities as the company develops;
•Willing to travel.
