RESPONSABILITATI

-Investigate, isolate and resolve escalated issues from around the world.
-Stay current on the latest technologies, tools, and support best practices.
-Author technical material for internal and external publication.
-Provide the product support perspective to guide future product investment and direction.
-Work closely with management in the Product Development, Product Management, and Professional Services groups.
-Provide direction and mentorship to other product specialists.
-Provide the bridge between our development and our product support teams.


CERINTE

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Understanding and experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (or above)
-Understanding and experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (or above)
-Understanding and experience with Excel 2003 (or above) basics
-Understanding and experience with networking basics
-Understanding and experience with programming basics
-Escalated software support and team lead experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent experience


- Understanding and experience with SQL Server Analysis Services or Integration Services
-Understanding and experience with Microsoft IIS
- SalesForce
-Basic accounting principles
-Bi-lingual
