- responsible for network surveillance, 1st level restoration and preventive maintenance of access area;
- surveillance of alarms & events & faults occurred in the radio access and transmission access network;
- monitoring of key performance indicators for the radio access and transmission access network;
- trouble-shooting and fault management for the alarms & events observed;
- running periodical scripts, needed for the preventive and repairing activities;
- dispatching and coordination of field engineers, in case of incidents occurred at sites that need local support;
- escalation to the next support line, for cases that need advanced trouble-shooting;
- escalation to the incident management, in case of major and critical incidents;
- tracking all the alarms & events & faults in the associated ticketing systems.
- A University diploma or equivalent, plus at least two years of varied front office experience or installation supervision experience;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Previous working experience with CDMA 450;
- Previous working experience with Lucent RAN & Core equipments;
- Knowledge in:
- GSM/ UMTS;
- PDH/SDH/DWDM/DSL;
- transmissions-related knowledge: optical fiber, microwaves, etc;
- CISCO (CCNA);
- Huawei and ZTE knowledge (would be a plus).
