The chosen candidate will be based in Bucharest and work closely to the Marketing team, being supervised from Rome and Italian Technical Team. He will be working in a dynamic and international environment and will be in charge of reviewing and creating template for our MOBILE sites and landing pages, programming HTML/CSS/Javascript/JQuery as a Front-end Developer
Main duties and responsibilities
- Build page scripts, css files, Javascript code following our internal coding standards with appropriate unit and integration testing
- Translates designs and concepts into functional applications and user interfaces, being responsive to fit with the different Mobile devices
- Able to take a finished design from a wireframe and create a functional prototype using HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Able to work with APIs either integrating with a third party or creating custom APIs
- Able to work pages produced in PHP and provide / use template according to standard shared and agreed
- Work closely to the Graphic Designer in order to correctly supervise images and material format produced, and being coordinated by the Technical Team in order to release in production the services
- Able to travel frequently and for mid term periods from Bucharest to Italy
• Superior HTML and CSS skills to be used in coding; mandatory experience in producing Mobile responsive pages and sites
• Should be comfortable with JQuery
• Should be comfortable working with files from Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop
• JavaScript knowledge is always a plus
• Associates degree or greater in Computer Science preferred
• 3+ years of programming experience
• Experienced with dynamic HTML and HTML 5
• Well versed in responsive and mobile design
• Experience reading flow charts, wire framing, and mockups
• Strong web design skills.
