- have a BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years min. of sales management in Railway business
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing
- experienced with Windows applications
- experienced in Channel Management and key account management
- capable to develop a network of Channel partners
- presentable, aggressive and hard working
- ability to build and manage a team of professional M&S people
- self motivated and target oriented
- not older than 40 years
- ability to gather marketing intelligence
- ability to manage customers' relationships
- male or female
