More than 3 yrs of programming experience.
Very strong C++ and/or C# developer with a solid experience in Microsoft Windows.
Strong Object oriented design skills.
Must be organized, a team player, and driven to meet deliverable deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Heavy attention to detail; broad picture view as well.
Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills.
