To ensure the receptionists provide guests with a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out, and handle problems and complaints appropriately, complying with Hilton standards;
Correct handling and recording of all cash and currency transactions;
Performing accurate audit procedures;
Actively participates in the process of rooms selling and promotes all hotel services;
Maintains a good interdepartmental communication;
Being in charge with shift handover.
Minimum 1 year experience on a Front Desk Shift Leader position;
Very good knowledge of night audit procedures and Fidelio system;
Outstanding customer orientation and problem solving skills;
Excellent communication skills both in Romanian and English.
