For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the Telecom field, we are looking for a Front Desk Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries from clients and public about the company's services;
- Understanding the clients' needs and referring them to appropriate department available within the company;
- Transferring the calls to the appropriate individuals or departments or taking messages for the staff;
- Greeting visitors to the facility and directing them to the appropriate persons;
- Receiving and distributing mail, faxes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must;
- University degree;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Responsible, organized person.
