For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the real estate investment industry, we are looking for a Front Desk Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors to the facility, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate persons;
- Answering the telephone and transferring the calls to the appropriate individuals, divisions or department;
- Retrieving timeously and accurately the information supplied;
- Receiving, registering, storing and distributing correctly the mail and internal documents;
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements for company s staff and guests;
- Offering support to the Management Assistant;
- Ensuring the good maintenance of the reception area.
- Bachelor degree;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must;
- Excellent telephone manner and communications skills;
- Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person.
