RESPONSABILITATI

-greeting the clients and offering the requested information;
-preparing the meetings between the company’s representatives and the clients;
-providing the services specific to front desk and reception;
-protocol activities;
-composing and sending the written correspondence and preparing the documents;
-answering the company’s telephone and offering the required information or redirecting the calls to the appropriate persons;
-making the necessary orderings and the reception files;
-informing on and/or solving any administrative issue.


CERINTE

-advanced English language skills (written and spoken);
-PC literacy;
-agreeable presence, business outfit and attitude;
-courtesy and diplomacy;
-organizational abilities and initiative;
-organized, energetic and prompt person;
-good communication skills (written and spoken);
-driving license B category is an advantage.
