RESPONSABILITATI

-Greets visitors, determines nature of visit, and directs visitors to appropriate persons;
-Meetings organization;
-Provides general company information;
-Distributes the correspondence among the staff members;
-Handling office devices: PC, fax & copy machine, telephone exchange;
-Protocol ensuring;
-Business letters writing (in both English and Romanian);
-Other secretarial duties.


CERINTE

-Excellent command of English;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office package);
- Excellent organization and communication skills;
- Under stress working capacity;
- Pleasant, calm and have an accurate conversation style
