Curious to know what are you going to do?
You will:
- Represent the first point of contact for external visitors: welcoming and contacting the guiding person;
- Provide general company information for interested persons, in the established limits and acts as main contact for incoming and out-going correspondence;
- Centralize administrative requests for several services and acts as contact person for these suppliers (technical interventions, cleaning interventions, coffee suppliers, small furniture needs, stationary and consumables, etc);
- Issue registration numbers for official documents;
- Handle hotel reservations for all employees travelling for business purposes, according to the existing procedure.
What are we searching for?
• Student or University degree;
• Any previous experience in administrative tasks is a plus;
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills;
• Strong initiative & follow-through;
• Fast reaction to urgent situations and new task;
• Good organizing skills;
• PC skills: MS Office (World, Excel, Power Point)
• English – medium level.
