-Receiving and distributing internally the correspondence and faxes
- Managing and filling the official documents of the company
- Translating documents (Ro-En and En-Ro)
- Making internal and external travel arrangements
- Elaborating different reports as requested by the Management
- Perfoming any other administrative support tasks, as required.


CERINTE

- University Degree;
- Previous experience in drafting letters;
- Very good English level;
- Experience in using MS Office applications;
- Organized, attentive to details;
- Team player, ability to learn fast.
