RESPONSABILITATI

- Ensure that the team meets Customer targets on answering calls and emails.
- Manage attrition in the team.
- Manage team performance on customer deliverables and Genpact deliverables.
- Manage and build customer relationships.
- Prepare and communicate team performance dashboards to the Customer and the Genpact leadership.
- Manage the team schedules and leaves.
- Ensure that there is optimal staffing at all times.


CERINTE

- University degree or equivalent;
- Fluent in French;
- Exhibiting flexibility in working under 24/7 environment;
- Inbound call center experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management;
- Previous experience in handling teams of at least 10 people;
- Dynamic personality;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in changing business environments;
- Ability to work with an International team.
