RESPONSABILITATI

The jobholders will provide IT support via phone and e-mail for our European clients in French or Italian.
Answer inbound calls from customers regarding , MS Office, Windows OS, Internet browsers related queries.
Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tools
Document & add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository.
Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers.
Use of soft skills - listen, empathy, courtesy etc.
Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally.


CERINTE

- Fluency in French or Italian is required;
- Good command of English;
- Good computer skills;
- Very good communication skills;
- Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
- Previous experience in a customer service position/support center environment would be an asset.
