The jobholders will provide IT support via phone and e-mail for our European clients in French and Italian.


CERINTE

- Fluency in BOTH French and Italian is required ;
- Good command of English
- Good computer skills
- Very good communication skills
- Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit
- Previous experience in a customer service position/support center environment would be an asset.
