¿¿¿ Assist Commercial Support EU leader in different improvement initiatives (Standardization, RFX & non-RFX
process, organic growth support) to increase the quality of responses.
Requirements:
¿¿¿ Native, near-native French, fluency in English, Economics graduate.
¿¿¿ Understanding of BPO environment & customer requirements, as part of the RFX.
¿¿¿ XLs & PowerPoint proficiency, Process expertise- F&A or SMC-would be a plus.
