RESPONSABILITATI

- Direct, manage, control and develop all branches within the Freight Area and achieve profitable growth
- Oversee relationships with key and strategic customers in coordination with Sales
- Develop annual plans to optimise Freight Business model and achieve quantifiable
productivity and/or quality improvements
- Ensure implementation of company and quality standards, adapt overall policies and procedures to local environment where necessary


CERINTE

- Strong Sales background
- Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial position
- Strong leadership skills: self-starter, good priority setting, fast decision making, good motivator, excellent at goal setting and monitor progress
- Strong communication skills, good negotiator, result oriented
- PC knowledge: Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge of Forwarding market would be an advantage
