RESPONSABILITATI

- Coordinates Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management processes by verifying the beginning-to-end completeness, accuracy, and integrity of capturing, recording, billing and reporting of all revenue-producing events in Zapp Romania operation
- Develops and proposes new analysis according to the Revenue Assurance Processes; assurance all the approvals needed for implementation new analysis;
- Develops and proposes improvements of techniques of preventing and detecting fraud cases based on incident reports or other reports received from various departments;
- Reports Revenue streams such as Postpaid/Prepaid/Rooming/interconnect/VAS activity to identify weaknesses, leakages and produce the report to upper management for action;
- Execute and produce other Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Areas upon request of the Management.


CERINTE

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, IT and/or other related job experience, preferably an MBA
• 2-5 years financial or operational, and information technology experience with a Mobile telecommunications service provider,/ 1-3 Years within a Revenue Assurance Team / 1-3 Years of Fraud Mitigation experience preferably from telecom
• Proven ability to take large amounts of multi-faceted data and create insightful and meaningful information to be used in business decision making
• Strong communication skills with all levels of management in a professional capacity
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines
• Superior software skills, especially in MS Excel, Access, and Word. Successful history of working with software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication (both English and Romanian)
