We are currently looking for enthusiastic candidates willing to join a competitive, rewarding business environment, as part of our Credit & Collection team, for the position of FRAUD ANALYST

Job Description

-Communicate with customers whose orders have been denied due to suspected or confirmed fraud to verify or explain unusual account activity.
-Recommend process and system improvements to ensure efficiency of procedures and minimize fraud loss while enhancing the customer experience.
-Resolve routine daily issues as representative of credit department. Effectively handle multiple priorities requiring frequent interpretation of policy and procedure.
-Develop effective working relationships with both internal and external customers. Work with call center and fulfillment center to identify and handle possible fraudulent transactions.


CERINTE

-A college degree is required plus 1-2 years experience in general finance, credit or banking preferred.
-Excellent command of English, and German
-Online business experience desirable.
-Computer skills including MS Office.
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
