Based in our new offices in Bucharest, your primary responsibility will be to enhance cash flow and minimize bad debt through approved credit card fraud screening procedures in order to attain quantitative goals while maintaining customer & business expectations on cycle times. Furthermore you will communicate with customers whose orders have been denied due to suspected or confirmed fraud to verify or explain unusual account activity.
¿ able to communicate to customers fluently in English and in another European language (German, French or Spanish)
¿ with a college degree plus 2-3 years experience in general finance, credit or banking
¿ who are customer oriented
¿ with excellent interpersonal communication skills
¿ who have some online business experience
¿ with adequate computer skills (Microsoft Office & Internet knowledge)
¿ with time management & multi-task skills
