RESPONSABILITATI

RETAIL NETWORK OF KIOSKS, SHOPS, SUPERMARKETS AND CONVENIENT STORES:
The Franchise Manager develops the Franchising Program of kiosks from his own network or of other interested partners.
• Must elaborate the franchise plan of the company.
• Must formulate the franchise offer given by Network Press Concept.
• Must establish the commercial value of sale points that are to be franchised.
• Must coordinate daily the development of the activity in Franchise of the kiosks, shops network.
• Must communicate with possible franchised people.
• Must prepare the file and the sale conditions for the auction regarding sale points.
• Must obtain necessary approvals from the Credit/ Financial Department, Commercial Manager and General Manager for every Franchise Contract.
• Must supervise daily the Franchise contracts, by giving clear disposals to the Retail Network Managers and to the Chiefs of the Agencies.
• Establishes minimum taxes for sale points.
• Must elaborate promoting ways of this service and attracting methods of best partners in the franchise system.
• Must identify possible franchise partners from internal or external network.
• Must plan and establish together with Top Management the sales objective for every franchisee.
• Must plan and establish together with Top Management the objectives and tasks related to the franchise program for the Chiefs of the Agencies. Must elaborate and implement procedures, regulations, forms and specific documents to the franchise activity
• Must develop specific methods and proceedings for centralize all franchise files.
• Must elaborate and teach training courses to the Chiefs of the Agencies and to responsible people in the territory regarding franchise programs, procedures and regulations.
• Must develop and manage data base with franchised partners, minimum sale targets.
• Must draw up reports and situations regarding the efficiency of franchise program materialized in the amount of sales on agencies, regions, and partners.
• Must participate to markets, exhibitions, and domain specific events.
• Must assure assistance and services to business partners with a solution oriented view
• Will use on commercial basis all the Network Press Concept.

• Must lead the projects and the subordinates towards a correct direction.
• Must initiate and implement new business model issues: Distribution (logistics), franchise system, KIOSK store concept, Store type design, info-rural store, recycling, partnership with supplier, shared services (SLA, cost centre, profit centre…etc).
