- In charge with full P&L and balance sheet planning by product (SI,SII, OP);
- Perform monthly variance analysis per product& distribution channel versus plan and prior year, present explanation of major fluctuations;
- Interact with P&L Leaders, Risk, Controllership, CFO, CEO, Regional FP&A and Commercial teams;
- Provide monthly, quarterly financial forecast updates;
- Perform pricing calculation per product and insure optimal pricing infrastructure and processes in place to safeguard company's profitability;
- Analyze the structure of fees and commissions and oversee it's implementation in practice, ensure they are compliant with the local regulations;
- Analyze the evolution of margin per product& distribution channel;
- Togheter with P&L leaders, Sales & Marketing, Product development, identify new product opportunity through customer understanding, value proposition, pricing and product structure;
- Perform financial models to support New Product Introduction (NPI), Credit Review Process (CRP) and local decision making, interacting with the region;
- Monitor and analyze evolution of losses and write offs and assess the influence on the product profiatbility and portfolio structure;
- Perform operating expense and productivity analysis per product, prepare trend lines for important cost categories; help drive implementation of productivity projects.
- Minimum 3-5 years of FP&A, commercial finance or pricing relevant experience;
- Excellent English knowledge;
- ACCA, CIMA, intermediate would be an advantage;
- Excellent analytical skills and business acumen (demonstrated commercial understanding with ability to balance growth and profitability);
- Ability to work with and across diferent functions (mainly sales, marketing finance and risk);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- High level of energy and and a can-do attitude.
