It is essential that you have 3 to 4 years experience with internal and/or external auditing, liquidation and/or bankruptcy assignments and have knowledge of government control/investigation. You will be joining a very busy and expanding team of highly qualified & dynamic forensic and internal/external auditors and be required to help lead and develop corporate investigations and co-operate with specialists in data mining and business intelligence. You will assist and supervise money laundering and fraud risk reviews, quantification of damages for litigation and draft reports/presentations to senior management and clients. You would also be expected to assist in the marketing of the firm\'s business and image as well as work closely with the regional and national leadership in developing the business as a whole. You need to be strong willed and dynamic, very energetic and hard working.

This is an extremely demanding job that requires the perfect candidate and is appropriate ONLY to somebody with a strong track record in investigative accountancy and/or internal/external auditing and who is seeking to develop their career for the long-term. You will be fluent in written and spoken English and preferably one other European language. You will have outstanding analytical and communication skills. With tight deadlines to meet, you must be used to working under pressure and be able to adapt to occasionally long hours. You will probably be between 25 and 30 years of age and be from a solid and proven accountancy background for at least the last 3 years. You will have gained accounting and/or auditing experience from within the professional environment and preferably have expertise in valuation. You must either have a degree in Accountancy, Auditing and Business Administration or be a Certified Financial Analyst (or equivalent). Preference will be given to those candidates with experience of working with a western organization (either in Romania or overseas) but all valid applications will be considered equally. Since the job will involve travel to the Balkans and throughout Central Europe (as well as across Romania) you must have a valid passport. The job is based in Bucharest but applications from anywhere in Romania will be accepted. Please note that interviews for this position will only be held in Bucharest.
