- Receive and enter order into processing system and confirm shipments (vessels, barges, trucks, etc) product and package availability;
- Inform customer of ability to supply;
- Initiate and follow up deliveries of products to customers;
- Check required documents necessary for transport, customs, shipping and banking/invoices, commission notes, demurrage invoices, etc.
- Enter complaints, make initial response and take corrective action;
- Follow-up transportation to ensure on time delivery (contact with transporters ,scheduling of transports);
University degree in economics or engineering;
- Familiar with export documentation and L/C handling;
- Fluent in English;
- Computer literate and keen to learn new software;
- Client-oriented and excellent inter-personal skills;
- Highly motivated and results oriented with excellent ability to set priorities;
- Good communication skills;
- Comfortably working with cross-functional teams and of multicultural environments;
- Willing to continuously self-develop, accept new challenges in a dynamic environment;
- Able to work hard and under pressure;
- Comfortably working with Microsoft Office Tools (MS Word, Excel ) and Internet Tools;
