As Payments Officer you will be responsible for:
- Procesing foreign payments and incoming according with internal procedures and NBR rules;
- Follow up on any slow receipt of payments as well as unknown or incorrect incoming payments;
- Ensures incoming and outgoing payments are recorded correctly, timely and completely;
- Responsable for a correct and systematic filling of documents;
- Cover other accountabilities and specific task delegated by the department responsible, as justified by the business needs.
In order to be successful in this position you will need at least:
- University degree in Economics;
- 1 year in banking experience (in payments aria);
- Very good PC working knowledge;
- Good command of English language;
- Work accuracy, attention to details, planning and organising skills, ability to work under pressure problem solving attitude.
